How to benefit from the library

How to benefit from the library:

      Every beneficiary must obtain a card that enables him to benefit from the library services after obtaining approval from the Directorate of Student Affairs affiliated to his college or the administration of his center or the deanship of the faculty regarding the teaching staff and presenting a recent photograph.

      After completing the lending card, the beneficiary is guided by the indexes prepared by the library, which are as follows:

     Automated index: It can be used through the computers provided by the library for its beneficiary, as the library has designed a special program to obtain information easily and quickly, and there are in the automatic index unit specialized personnel who direct the beneficiaries to obtain the resources and this program has its inputs as follows:

             1- Search for the name of the publication's author

            2- Search for the title of the publication

            3- Searching for the subject of the publication

            4- Search for a part with the header of the topic (Part)

            5- Search for the printed record number

        The card that appears on the screen contains the name of the publication - its author, the year of printing or publication, the number of pages of the publication, the head of the subject of the publication, the number of its classification and assignment, and the location of the publication in any section to make it easier for the beneficiary to obtain it easily.

The Card Index

     The card is in three forms and in both Arabic and English and has been arranged according to the authors, titles and subjects, and the researcher has to find the book card except to write the title and classification number and give it to the competent employee to register it and borrow it by filling out the special form and signing it.

Services provided to non-students

1. Internal lending of library publications.

2. To allow the use and acquisition of the CDs for university theses and publications.

3. Courses held by the International Corner Unit.

4. A page on Facebook in the name of (Central Library Media Unit).
